Detailed Program Description.
Adoption of artificial intelligence in the workplace
The program analyzes in depth the phenomenon of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the understanding of the critical role it plays in modern work and business. The aim is initially to clarify the fundamental definitions and principles, starting from historical milestones such as the Turing Test and reaching the modern distinctions between Symbolic Artificial Intelligence and connectionist approaches. At the same time, it seeks to familiarize with the cutting-edge technologies that compose the field, such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Expert Systems and Natural Language Processing, explaining how they mimic human cognitive functions. Emphasis is placed on the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into administrative and production processes, not as simple tools, but as strategic allies for cost reduction, automation and optimization of decision-making. The importance of Human Resources as the most valuable resource is highlighted, examining the need for continuous education, Lifelong Learning and the development of adaptation skills. The rapid developments and strategic importance of digital marketing in the modern business environment are then analyzed, with particular emphasis on the catalytic role of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The aim is to understand the transition from traditional mass media to the era of two-way communication and interactivity, where the consumer is at the center. Technical practices such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), audience targeting through precision algorithms, and automated content creation, which enable personalization at mass scale, are thoroughly examined. Finally, the aim is to understand the transition from traditional, linear supply chains to dynamic, data-driven value networks characterized by agility and resilience. The optimization of critical functions such as procurement, inventory management, and production planning, through modern tools and algorithms, is examined. Emphasis is also placed on the strategic importance of logistics, route optimization, and smart manufacturing, as well as the need to develop new skills and business culture for the successful adoption of these innovations.
