Unemployed Program From KEEE With Allowance up to 1250€!

The Central Union of Chambers of Greece (KEEE)), according to: (a) The no. first. 0.3595/10-09- 2020 (APKO 05) invitation to the beneficiaries for the submission of proposals to the Operational Program “Human Resource Development, Education & Lifelong Learning 2014 – 2020” entitled “Integrated Intervention for the Development of Human Resources and Combating Unemployment in the Infrastructure and Transport sector”, (b) The no. pr. 1,340/25-01-2021 (ADA: OY1P46MTLK-3KT) Decision on the Integration of the Act entitled «Integrated Intervention for the Development of Human Resources and Combating Unemployment in the Infrastructure and Transport Industry» with OPS Code 5073449 in the Operational Program «Human Resource Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020», has undertaken the implementation of Act «Advisory Actions, Training and Certification of Skills» under Subproject 1-5. The Act is financed by the European Union (European Social Fund (ESF), within the framework of the EP. «Human Resource Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020» and from national resources, through the PDE .

The object of the Act is the provision of vocational counselling, theoretical training and internship services (on the job training) to enterprises in the private sector, as well as certification to 2,251 unemployed registered with the OAED, from all the Regions which include:

Provision of professional counseling support services to the beneficiaries through individual sessions (6 sessions per beneficiary).
Theoretical Training (170 hours) to supplement and enhance knowledge, in the Infrastructure industry
Internship of beneficiaries – (80 hours).
Certification of knowledge and skills by accredited person certification bodies, in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC17024 or equivalent or EOPPEP or by another equivalent organization, in accordance with the provisions of n. 4412/2016.

The duration of the Training is 250 hours (170 hours theoretical training and 80 hours practical). The participation of the beneficiaries in all the individual Actions of the Project is mandatory.

Educational Allowance

The total value of the Educational Allowance is: 250 hours of training x 5.00 € = 1250.00 €.

The needs of construction
At the moment, the biggest challenge of the construction industry is none other than finding the necessary human resources that are going to fill the jobs that will arise with the start of additional large technical projects and infrastructure. Indicative of the magnitude of the challenge for the sector is the fact that until 2030, as mentioned earlier by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport K. Karamanlis there are secured funding for 27.3 billion euros for projects corresponding to 188 infrastructure projects and which are expected to bring over 185,000 jobs per year.

The large construction groups, for their part, hope to manage the problem by moving their own workers from abroad or by transnational agreements that will allow the transfer of foreign personnel from markets with a large construction activity.

The supporting documents that the interested parties must post digitally, in the respective fields, are:
1) A copy of the degree they declared in their application (baccalaureate, other studies degree, higher education degree in Greece or abroad recognized by DOATAP.) (For the degrees obtained abroad, an Act of recognition is required for the parity or parity and correspondence of the title as well as its correspondence
rating scale of this with the rating scale of national titles according to the provisions of the official website of A.S.E.P.).
2) Unemployment certificate with the date of issue on the day of submission of the application (which he will issue from the OAED portal using his personal codes)
3) Responsible declaration (D) digitally signed by the www.gov.gr or DD considered by a public authority, (which will be addressed to the Central Union of Chambers of Greece), stating that:
i. Accepts all the terms of Participation in the Program,
ii. On the day of submission of the application, he/she is unemployed,
iii. The documents provided are genuine copies of the originals and the information declared in the application is true.

4) Police ID card or passport.
