Preparation for ASEP Written Competition
PREPARATION FOR A WRITTEN ASEP COMPETITION 2025
The K.D.V.M. “European Development”, in collaboration with the “AIAKOS” Educational Network undertakes the preparation of the candidates for University and Technological Education, who wish to participate in the 2nd Panhellenic Written Competition of the A.S.E.P. which will take place in 2025.
According to law 4765/2021, the staff recruitment system in the Public Sector has changed and the role of A.S.E.P. is further strengthened. (Supreme Staff Selection Board). With the new law, the central recruitment process is the Panhellenic Written Competition which will be held at least once every two years. It concerns permanent staff positions P.E (University Education) and T.E. (Technological Education). There is NO AGE LIMIT in the written competition.
Summary Information for the Panhellenic Written Competition ASEP
The competition includes the following two (2) courses/tests:
Examination of Knowledge deemed necessary or useful for candidates to have in order to meet their duties as public officials.
Skills and Work Effectiveness Test: language and numerical reasoning, analysis, problem solving and prioritization skills in the workplace are assessed here, as well as characteristics related to work efficiency and quality.
The grading of the courses/tests is done by electronic reading of the answer sheets through a scanner (scanner-CR) based on the answers predetermined by the Central Committee of the Competition.
The score of each written procedure is set on a scale of 1-100. The basis of the score is 55/100 for each course/test under which the candidate is considered unsuccessful.
The final score of the candidates is the weighted average of the scores in the two individual tests with weight factors:
knowledge examination: 50%
skills and work efficiency test: 50%
ATTENTION: a successful person is someone who has received a score of at least 55/100 IN BOTH TESTS. That is, even if he has excelled in one test, he is not considered successful if he has not caught the base in the other.
The Unique Characteristics of the Integrated Distance (E-Learning) Preparation System of AIAKOS
Each subject (different section of the examination) is taught by a professor of a similar specialty. Teachers are active teachers with special permission to teach in our program. Their (and all of us) resumes are at your disposal.
The study material we provide you exhausts all possible scenarios and topics that you may encounter in your exams.
Deliveries/presentations and supportive meetings with teachers are done live – LIVE ONLINE, through the award-winning e-learning platform we use.
We enable you to participate in group support performance development coaching meetings with expert scientists through our platform. This will help you plan your preparation properly, set priorities, study efficiently, develop resilience and a winning mindset, and prepare yourself psychologically for the day of the exam (and beyond).
As the network of collaborating educational structures of AIAKOS currently lists about 45 Lifelong Learning Centers (LLEEs) throughout Greece (and are constantly increasing), in addition to AIAKOS executives, our study programs also accept the positive interventions of our partners from the network of KDBMs who are experienced education professionals and highly specialized scientists. This means that we have cumulatively vast experience and expertise – essentially we operate as a “think tank” (think tank).
By monitoring the preparation program, we give you the possibility to obtain a CERTIFICATE.

Information on the Integrated Distance (E-Learning) Preparation System
The preparation program falls under our educational action «INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION» and has a total duration of 250 hours. The program includes:
Asynchronous distance learning: study of teaching material.
Modern distance education: presentations/traditions.
Weekly Discussion Forum.
Tests/Quizzes.
We use the award-winning distance learning platform MOODLE for asynchronous training, and ZOOM for synchronous training. Our partner is the leading IT company EPAFOS, official partner of MOODLE and ZOOM in Greece.
Presenters of the program are renowned instructors from the Scientific Register of the AIAKOS EDUCATIONAL NETWORK with deep knowledge and experience in their subject and Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
