Voucher for the unemployed by the Technical Chamber of Greece on the Green economy
New subsidized program for the unemployed by the TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece) with an educational allowance of up to 2000€!! It concerns the unemployed from the Regions Regions of Western Macedonia, Peloponnese (Municipalities of Megalopolis, Gortynia, Tripoli, Oichalia), North Aegean, Crete and South Aegean (DAM Intervention Areas).
The action is co-financed by the European Union, the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and by national resources of the PDE. The program contains: 6 individual vocational counselling sessions 120 hours of theoretical training in soft interdisciplinary skills (Soft Skills) 240 hours of theoretical training in horizontal green skills related to the green economy (Green Skills – intervention group A2) 40 hours Internship (may be done with case studies as mentioned in sub’ no. 82759/29-8-2022 (B4581) Joint Ministerial Decision as amended by 90063/20-9-2022) Examinations for obtaining professional Certification.
Educational Allowance up to 2,000 euros For all the Consulting, Training and Certification actions of the project, it will be possible to implement them remotely using information and communication technologies. As long as the trainee does not have proven access to the required technological means, such as PCs and/or internet technologies, the training provider must facilitate the participation of the trainee in the educational process, enabling the latter to make use of the electronic equipment of the licensed training structure.
Each beneficiary will declare his preference for the way of implementing the actions in the context of the project (live, distance, mixed model), as well as whether he has the necessary resources in case he prefers the distance or mixed participation model in the action.
Conditions for participation – Criteria required Applicants to the program must: To be registered in the Unemployed Registers of the DYPA, with an unemployment card in force on the day of submission of the application as well as on the day of inclusion in the project (1st individual counselling session), regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefit or not, To have completed the personalized approach process and agreed on a Digital Individual Action Plan Be residents of the regional units referred to in paragraph 2.2 of this call. Not to have the student, student or student status.
In particular, IEK graduates should have also completed the certification exams of the IEK monitoring subject. Have reached the age of 18 on the date of submission of their application, To be graduates of compulsory education, i.e. to be Graduates of High School or Primary School for graduates until 1980 Not have attended a training program in the same subject during the last two years before the publication of this call.

The date and time of submission of the application will be taken into account (the date of submission of the application is taken as the date and time when the applicant will submit his application definitively). It is clarified that in case of a tie, the candidates are ahead with the earlier date and time of submission of the application which will result from the digital copy of the candidate’s application which will include, among other elements, the date/time (at second level). The required supporting documents are posted upon submission of the application for participation.
Sharp digital copies of original documents or exact copies thereof should be. The incorrect completion of the application, the non-posting of the required supporting documents as well as the non-final submission of the application, makes the relevant application invalid.
The required supporting documents are:
1) Copy of a Police ID, Passport or other Certificate of Identity
2) Unemployment time certificate (Current Situation) which he will issue from the DYPA portal using his personal codes on the day of submission of the application.
3) Digital Individual Action Plan (CDP), which will have been issued by the DYPA portal (https://eservices.oaed.gr/pls/apex/f?p=1001:1:), provided that the unemployed person has gone through the Personalized Intervention Process.
